Warranty On LOFTLAND Home Solution Company Faucets

All parts and finishes of this LOFTLAND faucet are warranted to the original consumer purchaser to be free from defects in material and workmanship for as long as the original consumer purchaser owns the home in which the faucet was first installed. For retail purchasers, the warranty period is 180 days in each case from the date of purchase, and this warranty does not include business, commercial or industrial use of this product.

What We Will Do

When a customer offers enough photos to prove LOFTLAND Home Solution Company faucet product is quality defects, LOFTLAND Home Solution Company will replace, free of charge, during the applicable warranty period (as described above), any part or finish that proves defective in material and/or workmanship under normal installation, use, and service. If a replacement is not practical, LOFTLAND Home Solution Company may elect to refund the purchase price in exchange for the return of the product. Only when we get the returned product, we will approve the refund. If the customer does not return our product when we requested it, we will not accept any credit for the warranty, in this situation, we will not approve the refund. If customer don't offer enough evidence or photos to us,we will refuse any warranty application or refund. These are your exclusive remedies.

What Is Not Covered

Any labor charges incurred by the purchaser to repair, replace, install or remove this product are not covered by this warranty. LOFTLAND Home Solution Company shall not be liable for any damage to the faucet resulting from reasonable wear and tear, outdoor use, misuse (including use of the product for an unintended application), freezing water, abuse, neglect or improper or incorrectly performed installation, maintenance or repair, including failure to follow the applicable care and cleaning instructions. LOFTLAND Home Solution Company recommends using a professional plumber for all installation and repair. We also recommend that you use only genuine LOFTLAND replacement parts.
